Grind and Seal Project Scope

Most grind and seal projects will be ground with a 50-grit transitional tool to remove scratches from showing in the finish. Owens Concrete Staining LLC may need to start much lower depending on the current state of the concrete (ie: adhesives or grouts on the concrete, cracks needing repair, divots and holes needing patches). • < 1,000 FT2: $5.50
• 1,000 - 5,000 FT2: $4.00
• 5,000 FT2 and up: $3.50

• Joint filler: $2.85 - $4.00 LF
• Dye stain: $1.50 FT2
• Patch/repair: $54 hr plus material
